Components
Aluminum composite panel is composed of multi-layer composite materials. The above and below layers are high purity aluminum alloy sheets, between which is non-toxic low density PE core board, and with protective layer on the above shape. Normally KYNAR500 PVDF adopted for the surface coating for outdoor and PE coated for indoor.
Classifications:
By purpose:
a. Curtain wall of building:
requirement: The above and below aluminum sheet thickness no less than 0.5mm, the total thickness of panel should be more than 4mm. Aluminum material conforms to standard GB/T 3880, for example 3000 or 5000 series aluminum alloy sheet. The coating should be KYNAR500 PVDF.
b. Exterior wall decoration or for advertising board
The above and below aluminum sheet should be anticorrosive and thickness no less than 0.20mm. The total thickness of panel no less than 4mm. Coatings could be PVDF or PE.
c. For indoor usage:
The above and below aluminum sheet thickness should be 0.1mm till 0.2mm,the total thickness of panel is 3mm normally. Coatings adopt PE or Acrylic Acid.
By Function:
a. fire-proof ACP
b. Anti-bacterial ACP
c. Anti-static ACP
By surface finishing and decoration effective:
a. Decorative coating
Aluminum sheet surfaces are coated by some decorative coatings, normally including PVDF, PE or Acrylic Acid, to get different colors & designs like metallochrome , plain colors, pearlized, fluorescence etc..
b. Anodized colors
like copper, rose-Bengal etc..
C. Filmed composite panel
The colorful film is laminated onto the aluminum sheet, normally there are wood grain and marble imitations.
d. Brushed ACP
Normally golden brushed and silver brushed.
e. Mirror finish ACP
